The MB40 is a wheel machine with contents of +/- 40 kg. The tempering of chocolate happens using a wheel machine which pumps the chocolate round, and by adding chocolate callets. The speed of the wheel is adjustable using a frequency corrector. In the chocolate barge, a rudder work has been placed for always always homogeneous mixing of the chocolate. The temperature of the stock barge is closely adjustable with an electronic thermostat. The machine has been manufactured entirely from stainless steel and has been placed on wheels.
