TM120 with link buds

The moulding-and temperingmachine TM120 is equipped with a supply box of +/- 120 kg of chocolate. In this box the chocolate is heated untill a temperature of +/- 45°C. Beneath the box the chocolate is pumped, cooled and mixed by a pump trough the tempering cylinder. At this point the ideal temperature for using is reached, which is injustable depending on which chocolate is being used. From here the tempered chocolate flows out of the control, ready to be used.

                        The maximum purchase amounts to +/- 400 kgs/h.

                                                The incorporated has a pumpcapacity of 700 kgs/h.

            The machine is completely built from stainless steel.
