TM120 with spray head

 

The moulding and tempering machine TM120, is equipped with a supply box of +/- 120 kg of chocolate. In this box the chocolate is heated until a temperature of +/- 40°C. Beneath this box the chocolate is pumped, cooled and mixed trough a cylinder by a pump. At this point reaches the ideal use temperature which is adjustable dependant on which chocolate is used. From here the tempered chocolate flows out of the export control, ready to be used.

                    The maximum purchase: +/- 400 kgs/h.

                    The integrated pump has a capacity of 700 kgs/h.

The construction is completely manufactured from stainless steel and is provided with a PLC-targeting and a matching touch-screen. In this machine a spray system with pump is provided. This system exist from a water heated chocolate pump with a matching targeting which makes it possible to dose chocolate. This pump is attached to a water heated spray plate, which is tailored made for your application.
