This machine has an input table with a chain transport where at the end a scrape system is placed. The scrape system is built with electrical heated knifes of which the temperature can be installed separately. Underneath this scrape system there is a possibility to place a wheel machine or a tempering machine. At the end of the scrape system you will find a vibration table to delete the bubbles in the products and to make sure the chocolate vibrates completely in. The machine is totally built in stainless steel and will be steered by switches.
