This machine has been developed especially in substitution for the wheel machines and the batch tempering.  The moulding- and temperingmachine MBT120, is equipped with a stock barge of +/- 120 kg chocolate, held with silicone heating mats.  In this barge the chocolate is heated to a temperature of +/- 40C. Below the barge chocolate is pumped by means of a pump by the temperingcilinder, is cooled and is mixed. Here the ideal temperature is reached, whish is according to the type of chocolate that's used. From here the tempered chocolate flows from the export control, directly ready for use.

            The maximum purchase amounts to: 100 up to 120Kg/h

            The incorporated capacity : +/- 600Kg/h
