The SPM560 needle machine with several spout heads. A needle machine with conisch formed water-heated stock barge (capacity of +/- 10kg.). This stock barge contains by a electro engine rudder work operated. Below a chocolate pump TM4 has been placed operated by an engine/reductor with frequency targeting. Then follows water-heated needle blok-system with a tailored made needle plate with needle mouths for dosing the chocolate in the forms. This needle plate is simpel to dismantle, so that the whole is fast to clean. The targeting of on and going movements happens by a servo-engine and PLC with touch screen. By its concept the needle machine guarantees a long life span, large reliability of service and an exactitude of 0.5g. . The used material is of course stainless steel.
