The chocolate tank duplex is a chocolate tank that exist from 2 seperate chocolate tanks in 1 frame. The whole is entirely double walled and electrically heated. Each kettle is provide with a rudder work with an own electro engine, to becomes a good mix of the product. In the meltingtank dry electric heating has been placed 6kw, with an electronic temperature corrector and extra safety. Also is the chocolate supply tank equipped to appropriate chocolate piping. The construction is manufactured entirely from stainless steel.
