There is built an ongoing tempering of 250-1500 kg/h. These exist from a stock barge with contents of 50 kg and a rudder work. Under the stock barge will be placed a tm6 pump that's frequency sent. After the pump comes a temperingcilinder, and afterwards a mixingcilinder.
The chiller that cools down the chocolate is placed outside, and on the aerators comes a winter regulation. The PLC targeting is assembled and closed in the electro cupboard. The machine is manufactured from stainless steel and treated with pearl jets. The heating of the barge and pump and pipings happened by water.
